Hello Assis, it's actually exactly what I would have done, using "FitSpline" you create a continous surface for the wheels to track along. i have tried to create that surface by fitspline but not success , i choose plane as sketch than should i introduce points on the surface? thank you

i took a look on your files.. A few comment: 1. Try to avoid mechanical mate and advance mate like slot and cam if possible, especially when you need to use contact in motion study 2. (I might be wrong but...) Mirror component often cause issue in motion study because of how solidworks rebuild mirr...

I ran stress sim on my 16GB laptop. Crash doesn't mean it ran out of memory. Even when SW complain "out of memory", it's not out of memory. Which sim are you running? Screenshot or even share the files. yeah that error was popping out than i watch video about paging size on disk , so righ...

Also, do a reboot and start the sim... but don't work on the computer, leave it alone or let run overnight. Or, as suggested, get that 32gigs of system ram or another system with 32gigs and also reboot and let run overnight. actually while buying laptop i did not know like i need more ram i thought...

thank you for reply i mean that compression and extension force of hydraulic cylinder , in general hydraulic force increase while lifting , so there is maximum force that is required and when lifter move down there is force by hydraulic cylinder too , middle force that is between maximum and minimum...

i am trying to create contact set between roller and surface , the problem is that when i choose automatic contact set with touching faces it not detected , but when i choose with non touching faces it is detected.what should i do in such case , what should i select in adavance tab option .i can see...
