SW is a downgraded parasolid engine at an affordable price and they were also very good at over promising and underdelivering IMHO. 1. Save as 3D PDF it can contain colors, PMI...

No, you CAN export any well know file format, like step, iges, sat, parasolid, dwg, dxf and so on. There is no export limitation.
