FWIW: (Using 2024/2.0) it'll flatten if the left side of the sketch is changed to construction lines or the flange is flush/behind the bend.

Can't use '/' as a configuration name.

In our system, 95% of the time configuration name = our P/N so the '/' isn't missed. But when I've used fractions in configuration names, like Alex I've used decimals and then use the faction in the configuration description.

@Glenn Schroeder the 'Up to ref..." is new to me. I've always used equations, in an Excel Design Table, to calculate the values in the sketch array and keep it centered on the part. I'll have to try 'Up to ref..." next time and see how that works.

It's because currently everything fixed. If it's fixed it won't move when the length of the panel changes. If you mate the angle to the panel then it will move with the panel. If you want group the Part1 configs, without grouping the screws, one has to give the Part1 configs the same P/N.

Like @Dwight I use insert body and the last step is Delete/Keep Body...

My most likely use case is creating a lid for a housing. Other then thickness and hole/thread sizes everything else is referenced geometry.

My boss wants configs saved in DDM so base file part/asm file needs to be a different name then the configs. So we name the base file -000 if the file with configs.
