Re: Inconsistency when surfacing sliced object
Hello tdj24 , I would suggest you to get a few profiles, both horizontal and vertical to make the main Loft Surface (horizontal as Profiles and vertical as Guide Curves). For the tubes, Loft Surface might work too. There is also the problem with the sketches. A quick explanation about segments would...

Re: 2D CAD drafting vs 3D CAD modelling, what do you think?
2D drawings are very important for engineering projects, but I don't think the same about 2D Software. 1. A good start point for 3D software is your project library and Pack and Go. The work is much faster and you will end up with less mistakes downstream. 2. I disagree with that, it's pretty easy t...

IMHO best way to fix it is like Frank_Oostendorp showed: image.png But if that is not good, you could try editing the 2D Drawing. Visualizing the assembly is fine, the problem would be being able to move it within the Mates established in SW.
I did test eDrawings, but it does not keep the Mates, right?

Using Variable Size Fillet you have more control than creating them in the sketch.
Also using Ctrl+RMB make it easier to edit them together:

I tried the semi-auto fix method in Blender as explained in the other topic I mentioned.
