Spamhaus message

I recently turned off the spamhaus option for the site. This should take care of the message we have been getting regarding that site. Spamhaus is a repository for IP addresses blacklisted by various service providers, and they offer this as a service to help dissuade spammers and other bad actors from accessing sites. Internet security is a real issue, and more so in recent months. Unfortunately, Spamhaus doesn't look like it maintains a well-vetted list, so I've discontinued using this option. Hopefully this returns us to our blissful silence on this particular issue.

This should take effect immediately at ~3:30 pm eastern US time, Friday 3-25-2021.
