SW add-in PEP by measurement masters
Hey folks,
This is Justin Pires under a new name, cuz I couldn't remember password and cant access personal email.
Does anyone have any experience with PEP add in by measurement masters? https://www.peptechnology.com/home.html
If so I have a few questions:
The product looks to good to be true. Does it suffer from the 5% almost there?
Does the product have modules or "pay walls" locking off features?
are there multiple Products or classifications like Lite or premium?
Does anyone have experience configuring the product to their needs or workflow? What sorts of challenges came up?
Can this product apply our bend deductions to dumb solids like STEP?
Can anyone provide a sort of contrast to Sigma Tube? In my experience the Sigma Tube Add-In is a dumpster fire, and tech support is completely oblivious to any "problem" we run into. I worry that this Add-in Would be be of a similar nature Because... well... SolidWorks and stuff.
The video on their web page shows a tube laser, is this artistic filler or can they also nest and output Shape Laser?
I do plan to ask their sales rep all these questions as well, I hope to gather additional questions and or some refinement.
Thanks for your time!!!!

Not to be unpleasant, but judging by the "quality" of their website, I would not be particularly optomistic.
Geeze, that's dreadful.

RIGHT! That's what I was telling my supervisor. I'm hoping the website was made by nerds like us, but the package is not cheap. You'd think they would invest and upgrade beyond the intro to HTML. Especially since this is their store front.bentlybobcat wrote: ↑Thu May 05, 2022 10:48 am Not to be unpleasant, but judging by the "quality" of their website, I would not be particularly optomistic.

The 90's called and want their website back...
Many of us nerds have better website creation skills than they do.

At first I just thought it was 90s HTML, but the fact that everything is loaded and displayed in that window is just odd.

Far too many items in the world are designed, constructed and foisted upon us with no understanding-or even care-for how we will use them.
