I am suppressing a sketch feature today and for some reason one of the feature downstream got suppressed together
They do not have any parent child relation...

Far too many items in the world are designed, constructed and foisted upon us with no understanding-or even care-for how we will use them.

Have you tried showing the feature tree display > Flat View to see if there are any funny order things going on?

Hmmm, it's just a random guess, but have you tried changing the Merge solid checkbox from the Bosses?

The sketch is not related, it's the feature that is. Supressing the sketch, supresses the feature, and causes the impact on the rest of your features.
Or at least, that's what I believe.
