Sheet Metal issues

I have a sheet metal question that I cant answer in solid works,. I have a multi layer material that is used for panels on the side of a building the Material is ECM I'm trying to bend it , however we route a v grove in the top 2 layers and only bend the bottom layer , how do I A: create a multi layer material in solid works and B:how do i create a custom bend in solid works?

Each layer is one part.
Each one will have different bend radius.
Instead of bending together. Design each bend part and assembly them together.

Create your outer layer as a sheet metal part, then create the layers on top of it, as long as you don't touch the bend point it will unbend

You can do both sides to make the flat bottom V like you would most likely cut to make the part
