I feel like a fool for having to ask this question, but I've searched and can't find an answer.
How do I tell if a part is fully constrained in an assembly. The best answer I can find is to use the drag tool and see what moves.

If you are asking about Solid Edge, the icon will have a "shaky" symbol around it if it is NOT fully constrained.

If it's not constrained, you'll have a (-) sign at the left side.
