Part shows up grayed-out (with toolbox icons) in PDM ADD-IN for No Apparent Reason

Hello folks,

Any idea what is causing this?

Everything about them looks normal except that they show up like that in PDM Add-In and I can't check them out directly. When I open the part; I have the ability to check-out.

I see this with parts when they're either loaded lightweight or suppressed in the active configuration

@Hi @AlexB; good to know, but in my case they are both fully resolved and unsuppressed.
