Dowel Hole to Dashed Line

A question was asked over at the old forum about how to make dowel holes dashed. I figured out how to do it for individual holes. If someone knows how to do it for all Dowel holes, that may be useful. Here's how I did it:

You have to hit the delete key to get rid of the filled part (that may not be evident).
