EXB (CAXA) viewer?

does anyone know of a free (or low-fee) viewer for CAXA EXB files? Don't need to be able to measure anything, just need to be able to view. Unfortunately can't find anything on the internet.

Thanks for the tip -- unfortunately, it doesn't seem to want to run. Apparently there's something missing.
