I have a couple of basic UI questions.

1. Is there an way to lock this scrollbar so that the feature manager NEVER moves? I waste more time having to move the scrollbar to access the arrows. Assuming it can't be locked, does anyone have a macro or shortcut for this?

It appears the width of the command manager is controlled by the screensize. I am normally working on m desktop and there are 3 columns in the command manager. I am traveling this week and using my laptop, and i have 4 columns, which means none of the icons are where my muscle memory expects them to be.

You can right click on the scrolling bar at the bottom and select "Page to left" or "Page to right", though I've never encountered this issue, my bar is always on the left so I never had to fundle with it.

If you right click in the command manager and then click "Personalize", maybe there's something in there to help you accomodate your need..? I haven't seen anything but I'm on 2019.
