We needed an update, and it took a bit longer than I thought it would. We were down the afternoon and evening of Jan 3. Updating phpbb version requires overwriting all the functional files that make the board go. We're still in the new year lull here, so I hope the outage didn't affect too many people.

I demand a refund for the downtime from yesterday. My productivity was increased because I had to do work instead of surfing the forums.

My productivity increased as well, however my morale decreased resulting in lost productivity so zero net gain.
