SW Licensing Problem

Using SW 2022 SP5.0

After 10 years with hardly ever needing to call my VAR for any assistance I let my subscription lapse this past November.

Now of course it's giving me issues activating on my computer. I often activate/deactivate it from my laptop / desktop depending on my schedule.
Now It will not activate on either one, and I get a dialog saying that there is a problem with the Identifier.

After going the google route with no luck, I guess the only thing I can think of to do is contact my VAR (Trimech) and restart my sub, but I thought I'd ask if anyone here had any good ideas.

Maybe you can play your cards right when contacting them and get the troubleshoot without having to renew your sub.

There was a MAX license switch count of 999
The discontinued Online license removed that problem.

Good point. However I've only been doing this switching between computers for a few months, since I got the desktop PC in - November I think... Very rarely would I switch between computers more than once a day. But, lets say it counts whenever I use the activation software - whether to or deactivate. Well, then it could be four counts per day. Well then that adds up! So if I do a switch every day for a 30-day month, then that's 120 counts on the MAX counter. Lets say its been four months... so I'd only be up to 480 counts or so... But how many times did I switch in previous years?

Hmm..... I guess there's an outside chance that it could be this, But it would say that I've exceeded my MAX maybe? I dont know....
