SW2022SP5 Volume Sensor is broken

I needed a volume sensor for a new template I am working on.
It took me 10 minutes to figure out it was completely broken.
My VAR confirmed it.
SPR 1244259
Sensor shows incorrect alert for Volume Property
BTW I cannot look it up in the KB as the new layout on 3DX does not allow SPR search. =)
If you want to be amused
1. Make a cube 1 x 1 x 1 units
2. Put a sensor on the cube body
3. set the alert to show for values "bigger than" 0.5
4. open the sensor folder in the tree and enjoy the show
5. set 3. to "lower than"
6. Put the mouse pointer over the sensor and enjoy the popup contents
IT IS ALREADY SOLVED IN SW2024 SO I HAVE TO WAIT ONLY 2 YEARS TO DEPLOY IT!

From a bit of an experiment it seems that the new KB has changed how you need to search for SPRs slightly. It always used to be the case that to get straight to the SPR, you'd need to search for SPR xxxxxx, however now you need to drop the space and search for SPRxxxxxx.
Another excellent piece of communication from DS.
(oh and I tried the sensor thing in SW21 SP5 and yeah, it's not working at all!)

TBH I am more annoyed by the need to search the exact term. Is there a way to set up an approximate search so if you mistake one character or a singular-plural similar words come out the magic KB without spending hours in the process?

As a side note (and it is like this since 2014 at least) I wonder how ir is possible to ship an official release, at SP5 level, with a command that does not work at all...I mean not in a model with issues, or in another a strange situation, just out of the box.
(((service pack 5)))
well for 2021 it was
(((service pack 5.1))

How about something as simple as Open Drawing being broken. On an SP5.

If anyone believes that SW upgrades and service packs are anything other than russian roulette isn't paying attention. They break things just as fast as they fix them, and they don't care if it's something that affects 10 users, or something basic affecting everyone. "We'll get it in the queue. Look for it in 18 months."

For some reason I've never had an issue with searching in the KB (the old one at least, I haven't had too much of a go in the new one). Searching for "volume sensor" returns the SPR as the third result which seems pretty acceptable given that the first two results are also related to it being broken.

Apparently my messed accounts (3DX not linked with the SW one ) at some point got me redirected in two different places for the KB, one covering all DS products and the search was a pain, the other one has a slightly different interface and looking at the url it is based on the old siebel portal. the latter allow me to search in a decent way.
for example this link is ok:
https://kbsw.3ds.com/mashup-ui/page/sld ... portal_enu
the other one had a lighter background and the content was numbered as QAXXX, I have the link in the office PC.

About the search issue
At work I am still unable to access customer portal, it could be probably a domain redirection that our company security policy do not allow or whatever it is a neverending blank screen for me.
As I mentioned above and elsewhere on the forum my account was not migrated fully with half the information wrong on the 3DX side. I was not able to access SW download section etc for some weeks and my admin image was invalidated as well.. so I was bounced from one redirection to another and landed up to
https://kb.dsxclient.3ds.com/mashup-ui/ ... ngpagee?q=
which allow search for desktop solidoworks, but it behave different from customer portal (better from some parts as you can open multiple tabs without triggering a log off)
correct link is below
https://kbsw.3ds.com/mashup-ui/page/sld ... portal_enu
I can log in with the same account in both.
