SolidWorks Drawing Notes Add-in

Earlier this year I started a side project to develop a solidworks addin to address a need we believe was unfulfilled by any other tool.

I know a lot of people use Lenny's CommonNotes macro, and our goal was to create a notes add-in with a modern, polished UI and address some of the shortcomings of the existing options (e.g. allow notes to be edited after they are added, allow configurable notes by incorporating drop-down lists, create a feature-rich note template editor)

I've called the add-in Versa Note, and it allows companies to set up highly customizable drawing notes that can be centrally shared across SolidWorks users, and enables those users to configure the notes before adding to their drawings. The tool also offers administrators control over settings like the size and placement of the note table on the drawing, forcing certain standard notes to be included in the drawing notes block, enabling flag notes, and lots of other settings.
