I've watched or seen a few stories like this that say many of the factors that made cloud computing attractive 10 years ago are no longer the same.

Jesus, I wanna create more accounts for the sole purpose of hitting that like button more. Cost is such a big issue, cloud often ends up being a more expensive option with all things considered.
Sure, if your company has a hundred locations across the world and they need to access the same data/software it will probably be the best option.
